Guarantee KZION Email Delivery

To ensure that you receive KZION emails in your inbox, add to your address book or trusted sender list.

Find instructions below for adding email addresses to the addresss books of some of the more common ISP's

AOL, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo!, Verizon and SBC, Hotmail, Windows Live, MSN, Comcast, Gmail, AT&T, Earthlink

AOL

1. Click on the Add Address icon at the top of your browser.
2. Fill out any additional information (although none is required), and click Save.

Microsoft Outlook

Email filters in your Microsoft Outlook 2003 may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your email subscriptions. Follow these steps in order to add us to your address book's Safe Senders List.

Note: If you use an older version of Outlook (such as Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2000), there is no notion of a "safe list," so adding our email address to your address book is not necessary.

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Right click "Click here to download images" in the gray bar at the top of the message.
3. Click "Add Sender to Senders' Safe List" in the drop-down dialog box (below).
4. Once the dialog box (below) appears, click OK.

Now you're guaranteed to receive our emails in your inbox!

Yahoo!, Verizon and SBC

1. Click on the "Add to Address Book" link at the top of your browser (next to the From Address).
2. Once the "Add to Address Book" page opens, enter any additional fields (not required), then click "Add to Address Book".
3. You will then see a confirmation message at the top of your screen indicating that the sender was placed in your Address Book.

Hotmail

1. Click on the Save Address link in the toolbar of your browser.
2. Check the Add to Contacts box and click OK.

Windows Live

Click Allow Sender and then click Add Contact.

MSN

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Click on the "Save Addresses" link (below) in the toolbar.
3. Check the "Add to Contacts" box (below) and click "Save."

Comcast

1. Click on the Save Address link at the top of this message (it's next to From Address).
2. For the field titled First Name, please enter KZION
3. Then click Save Entry and you're all done.

Gmail

1. Open the email.
2. Click drop down menu.
3. Check the "Add KZION to Contact list".

Now you're guaranteed to receive our emails in your inbox!

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Click on the "Save Address" link (below) next to the "From Address."
3. Check the "Add to Contacts" box (below) and click "Save."

EarthLink

1. Open the email.
2. Click "Add to Address Book" in the email header.
3. Use the "Address Book Editor" to verify the sender's contact details and click "save."
